It is like in a restaurant, I tip 20% for average service. More for great service.

Funny thing, I went back today and got exceptional service. She tried to give me 40 back after hour. I will hate to see this girl leave. Cares about her clients that take care of her.

Got to say thanks for the intel from a couple of you Phx guys. Tried Wendy this week. Walked in w / out appt in early evening. Not busy, only 2nd customer all day. Jumped on the table, no towel.
