Less clean up for employees, means more profit. Fast food places are leaning this way too. If you like white meat chicken, look out for their 4 wing deal. Its hard to beat. Stay away from the breast meat, they rob a big chunk of the meat for chicken tenders and leave a big chunk of the breast on the wing.
