They can tow your car if they arrest you for a crime...any crime. Your car cannot necessarily be impounded for that.

If you do not get arrested and have your insurance and DL in order and your tags are current, your car cannot be towed.

Latnlykr only gives you part of the issue.

What AB 14 does is allows cities to develop a ordinance that allows the towing of a vehicle used in either commission of prostitution or illegal dumping ONLY if the vehicle operator has been convicted of those crimes within the prior 3 years. Such a limited scope and I'm not aware of any city that has enacted an ordinace permited by this law.

About a month ago, I met up in Pasadena at an incall that one of the Hx ladies had set up. Went there, and sadly to say, the real deal didn't look nearly a tenth as good as the photos. The short sparse bristly hair on her back made me feel like I was about to pork a pig. I'm not one to cancel on a date, it's in bad taste. Lost my urge for the pooper after seeing the renowned Yesenia out @ that now defunct "Punch" place off the 215. They do their best to look inconspicuous. However, if you walk up and down that block a few times, it shouldn't be too hard to pick them out.

Whether or not they are willing acknowledge you is a different story. This is particularly annoying to me, as I used to be a regular in "little Tijuana" during the early 2000's before the city decided to clean up the area. You could just walk up to most any woman standing around in the area, make your offer and go into any of the "notels" on Alvarado. Since the clean-up, there are fewer girls, they are not as attractive, and when they see me they think "policia" and look away. YMMV.

I was the "tour guide" and you can imagine my shock when she said they were staying on Alvarado. I told her the Hilton lol.

Anyway, I had no idea about the action on Alvarado. And I'm new to this site (been here about a month or so) so when I saw what was going down that weekend, I came to this thread to inform you guys. Obv I'm late lol. Now, to my story...

Last weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, we did all the sight seeing and the theme parks, etc. Around 9 we come back to the Notel. I knew the area was seedy and didn't feel comfortable leaving them there alone. But it had been a long day so I wasn't gonna stay there all night without a drink! So I decide to walk to the liquor store on Alvarado just north of James Wood.

AS SOON as I step out of the telly, a LSW, maybe mid 30's, probably kinda drunk, walks by me. She looks me up and down, gives me bedroom eyes, and I immediately know what's up. I smiled, said "No thanks" and continued on (I've never picked up a SW). I passed her at the light. She looked like she wanted to cross going West on JW, I was headed down Alv. But I turn around mid-way through the block, and she's behind me.

So some guy starts whistling, and she turns. He whistles a couple more times, and every time he whistles, she stops and turns. Anyway, I just laugh, dunk into the liquor store, get my drank, and when I come out she's talking to her pimp. He's wearing a long white fur coat with a white hat lol. I thought it was a movie scene or something, it was unreal.

I get back to the room and tell my friend, and tell her I'm staying the night lol, it's just too much action. That was Saturday.

The next day, Sunday, she want's to check out the garment district. I offer to lead her there but I'm not staying for that. This is about noon. So turn right on Alv and right on JW, intending to make a block and hit Olympic the whole way (woulda been hell trying to go left out of the telly with someone following me).

As we head East on JW, I spot 2 BSW's hanging out on the corner. I've never picked up SW's but it's obvious they're working. One thin, one avg size, both in short dresses. On the other corner, there's a white SW in jeans waving at a passing car. I keep going, hope her daughter didn't see, and bust a right on Union and a left on Olympic headed downtown.

Moral of the story is, I'm not even a SW guy (I prefer the strip clubs) and I saw 4 SW's, and one tried to pick me up. So if you're mongering you should be able to find what you're looking for in this area. Those saying it's dead either haven't been there or the right time or you're unlucky I guess. Either way, this area seems pretty hot to me.
