No need to offend a client or make them feel less than. Don't take their money$ knowing you'll do a poor job. But then another client reminded me how it wasn't just said I gave the run around which I always said I was booked nothing more. He also said I and my Partner and I don't even have one! Was NO Good? Now if a Provider made a comment to another provider about a client being say "Aggressive or dirty or Pushy or Violent!" He'd find it hard to get in with anyone because it would ruin his name right? And we would pay the price with a Backlash of things said to ruin our Rep. So why would a person do that? For a client who is known for posting B. S. And more bad reviews than good. They say if you feel like something is wrong with everyone you meet, it probably isn't them!

Yes I do have high self-confidence. I do think I am incredibly sexy and smart. If I didn't at least think I was sexy, why would I be in this hobby?

When I spazed out in the parking lot about my dog, ummm, like was in the beginning of spring! And no clients were there to witness that. I was arguing with a neighbor that did not like my dog. So the only way anyone would know about that is if I told them the story, which I probably did! If I didn't tell anyone the story, I'm sure I wrote about it on my blog.

Sometimes I wish I was 'looped up' on something when I read this board! It may make it easier to digest.

But to all my haters, keep on hating! I'm not going anywhere.

Just do everyone else a favor-if you don't like me, fine! Just keep your opinions to yourselves, and quit cluttering up the board with useless opinions about providers you have never seen.

In any rational universe the fact that I am able to have a sexual experience with a consenting adult only if I pay that adult would be nobody's business but mine. Tragically, this is not the case. Other than the urge to survive, the urge for sex in a normal man is the strongest urge he has to deal with. I have come to the conclusion that legal and regulated prostitution is better than the alternative since it eliminates pimps and eliminates crimes on the client and on the woman.

Feminists like to quote these absolutely specious statistics, a typical trick of the feminist movement of the last twenty years. For example, they'll say the majority of prostitutes have been sexually abused as children. But there's no evidence for this! The most successful prostitutes are invisible, because the sign of a prostitute's success is her absolute blending with the environment. She's so shrewd, she never becomes visible. She never gets in trouble. She has command of her life, and her clients. The ones who get into the surveys have drug problems or psychological problems. They're the ones who were sexually abused. Feminists are using amateurs to condemn a whole profession. This is appalling!

Prostitution, it is commonly said, is the world's oldest profession. Even so, it remains unlike any other in the stigma that surrounds it. No parent wants their child to grow up to become a sex-trade worker. Prostitution will never be "normal"in the same way as being a dentist of locksmith.

Prostitution should not be a crime. Prostitutes are not committing an inherently harmful act. While the spread of disease and other detriments are possible in the practice of prostitution, criminalization is a sure way of exacerbating rather than addressing such effects. We saw this quite clearly in the time of alcohol prohibition in this country.

I would like the government to decriminalize prostitution but to regulate it in the way that other intimate service professions (such as massage therapists and doctors) are regulated on the basis of hygiene-related concerns.

One thing I would add is that there is a double-standard that permeates the enforcement of laws against prostitution. The prostitutes are harassed, arrested, and sometimes prosecuted, while the johns and often the pimps, who are far more likely to be engaged in violent and master / slave-like treatment of the prostitutes are ignored. This reflects the view that men who traffic in women are not as bad as the women in whom they traffic. If people are honestly concerned about the wellbeing of women in this profession, then they must begin by removing the status of 'outlaw' from these women so that they can come forward and receive help if and when they feel they want to leave a profession that can otherwise be quite difficult to escape.

Even in secular, sexually liberated societies, most people regard the buying and selling of sex as morally questionable, if not outright sinful. Prostitution is strongly associated with broken, exploited lives. Drug addiction among prostitutes is common both as a cause and effect of life on the streets.

So while we agree with those who would call for compassion and understanding for sex-trade workers, we also feel it is important to emphasize that, except in rare cases, prostitution is a tragedy for the prostitute. And she (it usually is a she) should be given every encouragement for their service to us.

Prostitution is the provision of sexual services for negotiated payment between consenting adults. So defined, prostitution is a service industry like any other in which people exchange skills for money or other reward.

Non-consenting adults and all children forced into sexual activity (commercial or otherwise) deserve the full protection of the law and perpetrators deserve full punishment by the law.

Workers in the sex industry deserve the same rights as workers in any other trade, including the right to legal protection from crimes such as sexual harassment, sexual abuse and rape.

It's not difficult for a free society to keep violent crime to a minimum with little intrusion on individual liberty and at relatively low cost. But governments also prosecute 'victimless' crimes. These are acts that (1) are illegal, (2) involve no intrusion on anyone's person or property, and (3) about which no injured party files a complaint with the police. These acts include such things as prostitution, gambling, and drug use. They are activities in which all parties participate voluntarily.

Either individuals are responsible for their own acts including their choices of relationships or the government is responsible for everything you do. There is no middle ground. Giving government the power to outlaw consensual activity allows the politicians to impose any laws they want on you. And they will use that power.

There are some unscrupulous people in all walks of life, government, law, journalism, banking, law enforcement, the stock exchange, medicine, the clergy, prostitution, etc. If every profession were criminalised when some of its members broke the law, there would be few legally sanctioned professions. Unscrupulous people should be summarily dealt with by the law, regardless of which profession they corrupt

With the onslaught of drama Queens, Kings on this particular site, interesting enough, I travel all over the country, read every review in the city I'm in and surrounding cities, this by far is the worst one! I don't see why money changing hands suddenly makes an otherwise legal activity become illegal. If the the exchange of money makes sex illegal, then I guess a lot of married people should be prosecuted for their sexual activities, too, because in a lot of cases the only difference between marriage and pay-for-play is the amount of money involves and the length of the terms of the contract. And if somebody thinks I am wrong and that marriage isn't about trading sex for money, than he or she should ask himself or herself why a divorced spouse gets financially compensated when their marital contract is broken? I think the fact that divorcees get paid by their former spouses pretty much proves that at some level marriage, too, is about exchanging sex for money.

Mattie, I do, however, disagree to some extent with your point that I quoted above. In the past six weeks I've read a few news stories from Europe that seem to show that in some secular societies, selling of sex is becoming more acceptable. One example is a recent story about a school in Valencia where people get instructions in how to perform the worlds oldest profession. Another example was a story from Italy in which a client was refusing to pay a provider, and the provider called the police. Instead of charging the provider for selling sex, the police arrested the client for theft since he had received services from the woman and then refused to pay the previously agreed price.

When I think about police in another country taking the side of a provider who has been mistreated by a client and contrast that with the stories that Crissee and Ally have reported recently about their own examples of being victimized by hobbyists, it makes me want to rant. Thankfully, Mattie has taken the time to post a well thought out defense of hobbying and I don't have to hash all that out myself. The one question I have, though, is how can countries from the "Old World" like Spain and Italy and even Holland be more progressive when it comes to selling sex than we are here in the USA? Is it just our country's puritanical roots that are tripping us up when it comes to considering a rational or humane way of thinking about and dealing with exchanging money for companionship that includes sexual gratification?

For the record I have never seen Christina because I never got the chance. Michele I saw on two separate occasions and both where not any good. The first time she liked shocked I should have just left but, she invited me in so I thought ok. Big mistake! Shame on me. The second time I contacted her by accident I thought she was some one else. Again shew invited me in after I was ready to leave and I went in and bingo same thing. The site you two are talking about doesn't mention racial preference anywhere. You two would not be the first to post no black men, trust me. I just was reporting on my experience who casts about my experience, other black hobbyist. They get it, just please move on. Why now all of a sudden are we getting new providers who are not posting pics and then they turn around and want us to verify who we are? I unstand the saftey of the provider and that not the problem. But when you post no pic and ask for fee higher then the providers that do post pics and have had good reviews. The only thing I say to to the new providers is the best of luck.

This isn't a rant or rave, just wasn't sure to post this. But, does anyone else have a difficult time logging it. Seems like (at least me) it's a hit or miss as to weather I can log in under my name.
