In reading QX's post, what I'm getting is simply a warning that the ad in question may or may not be LE. I fail to see anything in there that accuses anybody of anything. I do think it was in extremely poor taste to address him publicly on your ad on BP. Seems very vindictive; not very professional IMHO. Surely there must've been a better way for you to handle this situation without shedding such a negative light on your character or to your "referral service".
