Not sure how you are equating a sting operation in Seattle focusing on CL listings to being more careful on the chat lines in Milwaukee....
In my book similar common sense rules apply to chat lines as they do to picking up a SW. For example one girl I met off of the chat lines just seemed too good to be true so I offered to take her out to dinner and discuss plans, not quite as direct as a boob check but just as effective as no cop would go through those hoops for one small bust. Ended up seeing her about 4-5 times, she was 20 with an incredible bod but no BBJ for $75 a session.
In my opinion it is a lot riskier picking up a SW then using chat lines as the SW scene is out in the open and draws more complaints from citizens and therefore more scrutiny from LEO.

Maybe they were referring to BBBJCIM, but if you noticed these professional providers know how to stay clean while on the job some will even inspect you before the action takes place.

I have not been trolling the streets lately, but have used the quest line. I scored a few little hotties from there. One named lollypop; gotta love the name. Hands down the best club in the city, and contrary to what has been posted here, takeout IS available, but came with the drama for me. Leaving pink cell in center console of the Escaladies, but needs it back before boyfriend leaves for work.. can't leave the home.. yeah whatever stank, pick it up in the trash can at the corner of 33rd & Gebippie

I don't think there are any nude strip clubs in the Milwaukee area but at certain clubs some dancers give you a close up little peak of the kitty in a private lapp now this is where it gets interesting sometimes full contact hands on lapp or couch dances it's enough to give you a stiff one if the bouncer isn't paying attention or doesn't care.
Take out is available at most clubs depending on the dancers but be aware that not all entertainment or service it the same YMMV most likely due to the legal issue or dancer attitude.
I do prefer the smaller less crowed clubs for the 1 on 1 personal attention and after that it might be time to cruise or phone a regular to finish off the evening:)
Just a quick follow up on the cell phone deal with Virgin Mobile, they have extended the offer till 2/7/07 and phone must be activated by 2/21/07.
On a related note I just found out that Virgin Mobile can change a phone number up to 3 times at no charge. This means you can get a bunch more free trial times on the chat lines.

Had to drop a buddy off at the airport in the wee hours this morning and decided to make a quick tour of the NGL loop. In the past year or so my standards have changed dramatically due to the chat lines so I was not expecting to stop, more curious than anything I guess. National and Greenfield produced the usual suspects but Lincoln generated a very nice find. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a blonde about a third of the way up a side street so I went a few blocks further up and looped around to that side street. She looked way too good to be a SW and that made me very wary so I cruised by and looped around the other way too see if I could pick up any scent of bacon cooking. Everything seemed legit and I picked her up on the second pass and completed the usual checks. Her name is Jessica, a blonde about 5'2" around 20- 25 years old dressed nicely. My guess is she has not been on the streets long as she did not have that street worn look or attitude and was not cracked up. I would put her weight at around 110, not a gaunt drug induced 110 but a healthy trim and fairly toned 110. Anyway found a nice quiet spot and received a very good unrushed bbjcim for a quarter.

Technique: 9 stuck with a good up down motion but I like a few unexpected licks and some attention paid to the jewels too, I take some of the blame as I did not request it.
Summary: The best SW catch in Milwaukee in years for me, I plan on FS with her next and anticipate promoting her to a regular.
I did get digits but her phone will be off till Friday due to a very large cell bill. If she does get the phone back up and working I will share with SENIOR members. Also discussed taking pictures during the FS session and she was agreeable, she would prefer a stable group of clients rather than walking the streets so she saw the logic of posting pics on this site.
There are no full nude clubs in Milwaukee. You can try On The Border on 27th streetin Oak Creek when you are here though. It is a clean club with several stages and a VIP room. The girls there are usually above average to hot depending on when you are there, but like all clubs they have on occasional girl that is not so good. Have fun.
The little dealio Diesel had on Lincoln once again shows how Lincoln has surpassed National as the primo ss run. ever since they dismantled the National Lick-Her Bar, National has dried up considerably.
