they're mostly YMMV place. usually extras become available on the menu as you repeat more.
simple routine is: go pay the plain advertised massage fee or agreed discount fee in cash, and as she's getting ready, leave the tip out on a table in PLAIN VIEW. for an average looking masseuse, $100 extra will probably do it, if she's much better than average or simply astonishing, i will go upto $200 maybe $300 depending on how badly i want it that day. but some girls do expect more, like $500 to which i say screw it and just give me a good massage (because sometimes we all need that too). it's all an experience... my advice to you is, just go expecting a simple massage only, and with some extra cash in hand, you'll soon learn to figure out whether she will accept the extra tip for extra service or not. don't worry, if they don't provide any more service, it's OK for you to take the money back into your pocket. it's your money. just don't take it after getting a BJ or FS or even just a simple HJ.
FYI, leilani offered FS at my first time. i took out two benzamins out on the table as she was changing bringing up the grand total to $380. she gave me a good massage, then proceeded to better services. but $380 was way too high if you ask me. i really should've gone to thailand for that amount (even just half way haha).

i love sf. kings/lee/golden flower are all world-class amp's. in fact i'm in sf right now (truly a rare occasion).... but the nice views and ocean wind do make me miss my wife back at home. so i'm holding out on this trip.... it happens many times... so i'm just having fun with friends at the moment.

if i were you, don't do it. 99% of sd escorts are robs. there are no reviews of her on T-E-R, which raises much suspicions... if you do decide to take one for the team, please let us know. $300 seems pretty good including massage fee + service fee if the picture is real.

as long as you aren't java the hut, you should have no problem getting what others are getting. 3 times for a real service is bit too much. it simply tells me that the girl wasn't comfortable with you the first couple times, which also tells me you were doing something wrong. never mention any 'extra' talk by yourself or flat out (cops must get them to TALK and they're aware of it). do your review, and ask for specific girl when you arrive at an amp. usually when you ask for a specific name, mamasan will sense you're there for a FS, and tell the girl to treat you right.

few things you should notice:
amps that provide full service almost always have lounge area where you're buzzed in or just walk in, and rooms with actual wooden door with locks. if you see curtains only, be warned. if there's no buzzing in or any screening process (behind the door, etc.) be warned. and obviously what girls are wearing is important. you wouldn't want to bring up an extra talk with a girl wearing a white gown and a name tag with her medical degree written on it. in cases where FS is available, masseuses will be wearing SOMETHING suggestive (or not), but if not, be semi-warned. once you're in a room, you'll either see massage table or bed, use your common sense to figure out whether fs will be available (if you see a wooden countertop which look like it's going to break if you start moving on it or something so narrow that you can only lie face down and don't move, you know the place probably dont offer fs but hj can still be on the menu). if you see lubes on the bedside table, that's a good sign. if light is dim, it's a good sign, if you have bright flourescent lighting that's a bad sign. and finally, when they tell you to get ready, take off everything then lie on the table with supplied white towel covering up your genital area. at that point, the masseuse will usually start to massage you (unless you're a regular and she just pins you down straightout).
