Cashapp records could probably be obtained if they had probably cause to request them.

You can however trade something of value, for someone time.

They may also know a way out of the charge. As for having cash, unless the transaction is videotaped, I'm not sure how that can get you in trouble. I have cash in my pocket 365 days per year.
