Bottom line was that it appeared some of the favorable reviews were coming from the same IP address with different user names that the admin decided to remove a few posts and caution a few of the white knights. There was a feeling that a few of the reviews / comments were written by the same person using different names. This does not mean Luci is not well liked as there are other independent members who clearly vouch for her. I have never seen her in person so I cannot really comment on her service but I did follow the admins sanctions very closely.
