Atlanta has one good agency that I know of, but Chi-town seems to be same prices. The downside to Chi-town is the kamps are non-existent so it seems. Most (not all) those pics from both named agencies are the actual person you will see (from my experience) and they are either a few years old and / or very photo shopped. It's hit and miss for sure.
