Location: K: Not usually located smack dabb in a Korean district. But not too far away from one.
Ch: more ubiquitous, definitely located in Chinese and Vietnamese districts.
In both cases, they can be located in slightly seedy areas that are non-Asian too.

The more I think about it, the more accurate this is. Nice description. I can never work out why Chinese places don't dona few simple security upgrades.
