So if there was 20 girls in a room and they said they share the room rent and all are independent no individual can or should be charged for Promoting according to ky section 529.040 . Unless the other providers said she did one of the mention offences stated. Does it not seem funny No other provider was charge with prostitution on or around the date in question.
