There was a man there who was her friend. When she disappeared I called him. She said she was ok but off the streets an away from Hartford.

She told me she is from East Hartford, so I don't know about Collins St. She told me she doesn't have a permanent residence currently. She was a little melancholy when she told me about being in East Hartford, having a normal life. She's bright, but obviously can't hold any kind of real job.
