I do plan on telling the ladies. A lot of you have asked for the HX lady's name. I hesitate to do that until I tell her and she has a chance to get tested. She has been a great lady and unwarranted smearing is not fair if it wasn't her.
Oh, and in response to the question of symptoms, no, none. My doctor had done a whole physical and didn't see anything so that's why he was surprised by the results.

She is going to get retested based on my email to her. For the moment, unless I hear otherwise, I don't think she is the culprit.

She can infect countless Johns if she has no symptoms.

You should tell the civies to get tested for chlamydia, $25 in the comfort and privacy of their own home.

In the worst outcome for them, they can become infertile if they let it spread for months because of no symptoms.

BTW, unless you creampie them, the probability of infection from chlamydia is still not 100%.

But again, this one is the most common STD, Gonorrea in second because it can be asymptomatic in women 50% of the time.

Treatment: One single shot of several antibiotics can be given as a single dose:

Ceftriaxone 250 mg by intramuscular injection.
