Its interesting that the establishment known as F&C seems to be located at a node in the space-time continuum providing a portal from SoCal into a distant 3rd world hovel with thrift store bedsheets as doors and questionable cleanliness standards. Even with contractors, you never ever pay them in full before the job done. They always consider the job done when they get the last payment.
