Never pay upfront show them the cash but do not hand it over. It works gents. I got that from C. C. A SR member of this board who has said it over and over do not pay up front. Especially if they've had dudes rip them off before (which happens). I can certainly see the wisdom of this with unknown providers, especially those who seem sketchy.
