Heathy thread possibility?
Vitamin B6 and B12, magnesium, and zinc. Add vitamin E and that was what I used to take daily before and during any overseas mongering trips. Keep alcohol to a minimum and drink plenty of water. It wasn't for health reasons, it was to help keep the volume up and keep me going when I was getting off four times a day. I forget where I got this information but it did make a noticeable difference for me. Glad to know it has other benefits too.
Looks like starting a health thread might be appropriate, considering the responses. We all age, wane in our performance and face eventual physical issues. This thread would simply share about what works for us individually and not construed as medical dogma.
If we can remain fit physically, then we can continue our hobby.
Two things to share: 1. If I do light toning excercises and walk al least 20 minutes briskly every other day, they improve my woody. Blood circulation is improved. 2. Taking 2 to 3 Saw palmetto allows me to sleep through the night without waking up to go pee. I remember telling my young doctor who rejected this but 2 years later, he strongly recommended it. I did not embarass him by a "I told you 2 years ago". SP helps with prostate size.
I have other observations to share if anyone is interested.
Be safe.
[blue]You can start a thread like that if you want. It would be down in the user blogs, but feel free.
Going to Honolulu? I've had awesome times there!
I've been to VIP, Sakura, Pine Tree, Nirvana, Ichiban, Ginza (formerly Perfect 10), et cetera over the years. I haven't tried the places on Ward near the Sports Authority. Don't remember the girls' names too well as I've had a lot of good times in the mainland and elsewhere during my relatively short mongering career. I never had a dud in Honolulu. The big tourist trap there seems to be VIP. However, for my friends and I, the few times I went as a group, I got to see the lovelies in the waiting area and chose a gorgeous one each time. I think one was Million.
I like the variety of girls (different ethnicities of Asians) at the parlors and they just seem friendly and eager to please. Around Orange County, it seems to be Vietnamese or Korean and Latinas. Over there I've seen Korean, Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese, and mixed Asians. They even have White girls. For instance, I had a white girl at Perfect 10. Man, she was model material and had a flawless, natural body, and I definitely got my money's worth. I mean, I better for a 150 tip. I have yet to come across a place that has less than a house fee of 50 or girls who take less than 150. Pine Tree had this frequent customer card: buy nine get the tenth free or something like that. However, I'd have to spend (9 * 50) + (9 * 150) = 1800 in order to waive the tenth entrance fee. That doesn't make good financial sense to me.
I usually hit up the strip clubs to get the motor running. Around Labor Day last year I had this fine Vietnamese girl at Saigon Passion III. She was wild and expensive like the V-girls in OC. I figure I work hard, so I play hard.
I've met "free" pussy, both locals and tourists, as opposed to massage parlor girls, at clubs and bars, the beach, and while shopping and dining around Waikiki. Like a lot of people, they sometimes look for a quick fuck or fling or perhaps want a story to tell. One girl from Northern California was on vacation with her girlfriends. We met at a cool bar with a live band and hit it off. Three days of her were better than three years with my ex-girlfriend. The short time we had together was exhilarating. I knew it would end though and we were a little sad to let go of each other and go back home to our normal lives. She went back to her boyfriend in San Francisco and they eventually got married a year later. Most of the time I never see the girl ever again. I have a lot of good memories.
I hope you have fun. I know I will in the fall. Gives me an excuse to visit the family!
Same here, never partook of Ward talent but did Pine Tree when it was dow at "observable from Micky Ds, upstairs, Sophias on young street, Tokyo spa located then at Ala Moane shopping center, numerous times at Century Center, which included Susan who has moved to NYC. Iused to see her at her apartment near the Pagoda. Went to the White House next to Champion bakery. Picked up Jaimie and Marriah near Downtown Longs.
Ahh the memories. Wonder when I will retire? Life is still good at a slower pace and frequency.
Be safe.
