Had a few minutes to kill, so I decided to do the loop. A couple of girls about. On Monroe I saw this little blond with a pink halter top walking. I drove past her a couple of times to to get a good look at the face and body. She gave the look and since she did not look too bad, I decided to pick her up. After the cop check,I asked her name. She said Care Bear. I immediately perked up. To me Care Bear is legendary (I did not tell her that!).

Since I was short on time and money, we decided to go to her spot. Now I normally do not go to a sw's spot,but she seemed cool and I checked the spot CAREFULLY. WE do the deed and leave. For her real age,she has a very nice body. Surprisingly, her attitude was very cool,considering how long she has been on the street. I would definitely repeat if I see her again. She states that she does not come out often or have a phone. I don't know how true that is. She seems clean and well kept by someone. Btw, I only saw one LEO car about.

Lucky for me I went to one of my old locations and there were two decent ones to pick from, hadn't even finished a single.

Hit the home town in the rain at midnite Wednesday after a long drive. Tried about everything on the west side to no avail. About 3 AM, I called it a night and got a room. 9 AM and I was back out on the strolls and things were looking up. A break in the rain and I saw Selma at Wilkens & I think, Brunsvick. Made the scoop and during a quick Leo check, she passed the finger sniff test so off we went back to the motel, where I still had a room till checkout at noon.

Okay, I have been reading the posts and forums on here for a while, but never actually posted 'til today. Don't monger too often, but when I do I stick to northeast, mainly the bel air, harford rd area (hence the name NE looper). Now, due to the slim pickin's on this side of town I don't have too much intel, but what I can say is Harford (between frankford and taylor) is the better of the two where as bel air tends to have more LE.

I've searched alot of old posts and can't seem the answer I'm looking for.
