It would appear to be contradictory if LEO planted them since it says in the news report that "Linua Zhang and Guan were charged with.. Unlawful filming." Of course, it is possible that this is all an LEO fabrication (about the filming) in an attempt to scare mongerers from going to these places because they might be filmed.

Interestingly, an AMP has just opened on that very stretch of road. Makes you wonder if the community decided to license such an establishment in order to rid itself of the SW activity. If that's true, then it's ironic that in Baltimore, the fuzz is cracking down on AMP activity. It's always seemed to me that it is better for a community to have mongers relieve themselves of stress indoors and out of the view of the innocent. But that may not be the case. That a new "therapist" is offering? Just saying!!

Anyone with information on Red Spa? They just started advertising on BP. It says in Towson. Google the phone number and you get a debt recovery service. Something doesn't appear to add up.

This place is one more reason I don't have the desire to try something new since jhh closed. Maybe it was the luck of the draw (in my case bad) but I got Liu Liu. She was friendly enough but looks and bodywise about a 5/10. She's a powerful women and you may want to think twice about requesting the massage to be strong. For the most part the massage consisted of her pushing into my spine with her powerful elbow. This women was about as strong as a bear but unfortunately built a little bit like one too. The flip seemed to arrive a little early at around 20-25 minutes. I didn't really care too much because it was not a good or relaxing massage. Regardless, I got what I came for, no pun intended. I was only too happy to be finished the flip and complete the hour with something a little softer and less painful. At that point she answered the phone when another monger called and apparently he recognized her voice and knew her name and appeared to be a regular customer who was about 5 minutes away, most likely at the Punjab market. Then I proceeded to get the bum's rush. I protested only slightly as I was feeling apathy set in. Not sure what she was trying to say but it seemed like one hour means 45 minutes. I thought the Chinese were good at math and did recall her saying "$60 for hour". So it ended up being 35 minutes with an "IOU for another 15 minute, customer coming now". She said she'd be there another month. I'm thinking I might try again then but doubt it. I think there was another provider there from what I heard but I never saw them.
