I hate it when I get no response, a simple reply letting us know that either the references didn't pan out or something else raised a red flag can be very beneficial to all. Recently I went through and issue where a local provider let me know there was an issue I was unaware of. This issue may have been the reason I had no replies to some of my requests, but since I had no idea it existed I could not act to rectify it.
