It is obvious that LE is trying to solve the problem of the homeless people around 31st, Powerline and Atlantic area.

They are out in force trying to get them to not loiter. A couple of days ago 7/8 were at America gas and other place just sitting and all the homeless were gone and yesterday far less people. Same thing on Atlantic near powerline so what you might think is street walker patrol may be an attempt to clean up area.

I one day this last week heard a MCD mgr speaking to someone on cell about how they were all over the place and wanting something done. I have heard that LE tells them to get off bus benches or tell them that if not gone when they come back there might be problems.

There is a homless shelter on other side of BSO lockup and they can't hang out there till shelter opens and I know many nights they have more people than beds.

Just got back in town today. Sucked looking for "Free Wifi" while on the road in the 3rd world.
