I am sure of a couple things:
1) LEO can and will use whatever the fuck they feel like as bait. There's no amount of purported documentation that you've seen that will be of any practical use against this.
2) She might very well be underage. I'm not going to try to fuck her. I'm not going to contact her or anyone purporting to be her. I strongly recommend none of you do, either. There's no amount of purported documentation that you've seen that will be of any practical use if she is and you don't follow this advice.
LEO has pretended that some people that are of age really aren't, and then arrested people that came to fuck them. They did a little TV show about it that you may have heard about.
Bad people have preyed on underage girls and supporting their behavior is not a good thing to do.
Any of those reasons are enough to stay away. Add to it that some people love to conflate trafficked children with the behavior of consenting adults and that causes a bunch more problems for everyone, and this leads back to: stay away.
In conclusion, stay away. Just in case this wasn't clear.
