So if you wanted either of those things you would have needed to pay 100 or 140 to get them. So. That's pretty much standard now.
Were you looking for a nude HE and there was no way of getting it for < $100? I can see that being frustrating but some other shops might better serve that need.

I do believe their attitude can reward them with more than expected. I often will leave extra for the above and beyond experiences I've had. They need to understand this is a service industry. Her attitude around the beginning of the negotiation ruined the experience. I have had very few of these type of negative experiences in my time.
