This Asian lady that Ninja is referencing perhaps went by the name Sophie / Sophia or similar. She worked out of an apartment on Cobb Pkwy. Intersection was Barrett Pkwy? Nice place, clean, sparse, and the bedroom was inside and to the right, basically behind the living room.
