They then change our contact info in our ads to whatever they want, leaving us none the wiser, because it looks like a normal ad on our end. I get at least 3-5 of these Bangladeshi or Indian vile scammers daily. (They don't like having their family's honor criticized in their own language, which I enjoy doing through translate.).

If a provider wants to get rid of the scamming parasite, we have to factory reset our phones. Same thing if someone gets arrested. Many times it's easier to get a new number than hassle with a legacy one. Or being more exposed to personal space violations and having phones stolen / broken by "clients" friends. ".
