The masseuse was cute and very nice and she spoke good English. Most likely I will not return because of their set-up. The one room is divided into 2 sections. You can hear everything being said next to you. For me not too comfortable at all.
Tysons Park. Not sure of the New Spa you're talking about. The ones I have seen there have been around for a few years, and for me they are just average at best.

Had Sherry / Sherri, had to guess mid 40's. Not a looker, very avg body. Seemed nice, but chatted way too much. Massage was ok but nothing special unlike the past 2 ladies I've had there. 6th or 7th time there and first time I was haggled for a tip before any activities. And fought real hard too. Wanted way too much for way too little. Example, .6 for top, more for bottoms, more for touching. Insisted no one around that area would do that for less than those amounts. She was wrong. Anyways, I didn't have a ton of interest to begin with, but even less after the haggling. She definitely didn't rush it and you got the full time, however this is one time I would have been fine leaving early. May need to let this one fade from memory before I revisit. Was visiting NoVA after a long time and decided to stop at Herndon Therapy on the 2nd floor. Mamasan greets me and brings me inside and then another girl took over. She said she was Japanese, she looked like she was in her late 30's, flabby and short. The table shower was very rough. And then she stuck me in the sauna for 10 minutes. I told her I didn't want a massage anymore and wanted a refund. She begs me to stay and says she will take care of me. And I stayed like a fool. The massage was light to medium. Whatever happened to the good hard massages we got in AMPs! Then after 15 or so minutes, she says to flip. And then I had the worst Nova finish ever. No technique at all. Was disgusted, just wanted to finish and leave. Total damage. .8 + .4 - of course she raised all sorts of hell about the tip, but I said I shouldn't be tipping for the worst massage and attitude and skill I have ever encountered in an AMP.
Now, I will be doing some serious reading of this forum before I go to any AMP when I visit NoVA.
It's been a while since I've posted but I should share. I had a pretty aggressive finish from a provider that ended up rubbing me raw. While that sucked the big issue is that the lube caused me to have a yeast infection. This isn't so bad by itself but this infection has lasted over 5 weeks. I saw my primary care provider and gave me a yeast pill to take. It didn't work and the guy downstairs started peeling. And not just a little. Peeling horribly. It was scary and disgusting. I then saw a dermatologist 3 times and they gave me ointments to use and ran a STD screen which was clean. Nothing was affective until just recently. This may not be a show stopper for some of you but if you are married or have a SO they will be curious. Just reminding all of you to exercise caution. Clean up immediately after and use a shower if they have one but be careful of athletes foot. Last year I had a small yeast infection in my armpit from a table shower so no more table showers for me unless I have my own kit. Maybe I just had sensitive skin but this was the first time its happened. The key take away is that providers do use oil from the same bottle for multiple clients. We're sharing in one way or another. Be safe!

I visited Miko in Chantilly today. Some positive reviews (based on the rating, I don't have access to the reviews themselves) came up on another site so I decided to take a chance. Waste of time. One of the providers is attractive and the other is ok looking compared to the typical older Korean AMP woman. On another review site, they list an hour session for 60 but they wanted 80 for one hour, with no TS. I opted for a half hour for 60. The massage sucked. No skill on her part, just poking and prodding. The finish was fine but over in a few minutes. I paid 60 to feed the baby. Not worth the time or money. For most bang for your buck, I would stick with the Chinese syndicates for the 40/ half hour or 60/ hour rates. I didn't ask my provider's name as I could care less with this crappy service. Avoid this one.

This was a first for me as all other providers have been Korean or Chinese. She's pretty but not sure about her age. She kissed my back and chest which was a nice change. After the flip she asked for the tip which kind of killed the mood but it was worth it.

His own post indicates that the extent of his homework was just to look for ads on CL before posting on this forum. You may have a different opinion but I don't think it's unreasonable to encourage newbies to put in a little more effort before asking for info.

If you read his original post, there was absolutely no effort put forth other than his comment that he hadn't noticed their ads on CL lately.
If he had given any indication that he had attempted to do a decent amount of due diligence BEFORE making his request, I wouldn't have said a thing. As I noted, all of the phone numbers for the ladies he's interested in are readily available and it would have taken very little effort for him to have tried to do some checking first.
IMHO, a simple reminder that doing some pre-request homework is a good way to go was appropriate, not premature and wasn't intended to "judge" anyone.

Didn't notice any recent posts, so I had time to meet with Jackie in the East for an hour session. Jackie is very average with looks / body near a 5/10. Decided to do both TS and sauna first, nothing great there though. In room she was pleasant, friendly during massage and did a pretty good job, felt nice. The finish was very poor and I had to negotiate a lot since she didn't seem familiar with me because of the first time with this particular provider. I got the message "we don't do that here" as well as "maybe if you repeat a few times then you can have standard NOVA finish." Anyway, I don't have the effort to keep repeating multiple times with this same provider just to get a standard NOVA handshake. Thus, I wouldn't say its too worth it unless you want to become a regular. Note that I did get full hour of massage and typical rate of .8 for it. At least I wasn't shorted there.

She was in a short dress. Took me to the room and paid the house fee of .6 for hhr. I paid with $ and she brought back .4 and told her to but it on the stand with another .2 I placed there while changing. Over all it got the job done. She was very friendly and gave above average massage with free roaming. I personally like more teasing than was provided. I would prob repeat if staying at same location again.

Nice teasing at first, but then sped it up the more I tried roaming south. Roaming over and under north of the border, over only south. The advertised .45 massage is for light touch only, goes up to .6 for deep tissue, full hour provided less some short disappearing acts to respond to phone and doorbell (two gals is what I saw, evidently both busy). Sounds like you had a decent time but just paid more than you normally would. One note from my experience is that I tend to stay away from the Asian ads that use out of the area numbers (917,347, etc). It's not a perfect indicator but I've generally found them to be lower quality and overpriced.

I haven't seen any reviews of Bada as of lately. Mainly because their reviews aren't too good. I had been missing a table shower since you don't get those with backpage girls. So on Friday I was in the area and thought I would give them a try. Went to the door and was met by the attendant. The table shower was enjoyable but it went down hill after that. When the massage began she had to keep leaving the room to attend to something. She left 3 or 4 time during the massage portion of the session. When the flip came she was heavy on the upsale. I held firm at .4 because at that point I didn't really care if I left without a smile. The lackluster service made me dig in my heels. The .4 was good enough to leave happy and we finished up with the session. The customer service was just lacking. I would keep this one off your list and go to MD.

Yes, I had a good time, just dropped too much cash in the process. And you are probably on target with the area code deal too.
Trying new things and had not seen a posting for this place on buttercup, so gave it a shot. I have seen 571 area code number used in the past that I called and got the same address, but when I got there, nobody answered, so probably a double book and someone else got there first. More recently I have seen the 917 number, which is the one I called for my noted visit and encounter.

He visited her, had a wonderful massage and posted a glowing report of the experience here. Maybe you can search the forums for a member "Starting Over" and maybe his postings are still available.
This beast saw the great review and tormented our brother with threats of showing up on his doorstep, calling his wife, getting him fired from his job, getting a lawyer after him for defaming her and on and on.
AVOID this crazy, evil witch at all costs!
As for our brother "Starting Over" he had a "nervous breakdown" out off the whole mess. He later disappeared and no one has heard from him since.
He made a few mistakes by using his regular cell phone, parking directly in front of the witch's house so she got his tag number and so on but did not deserve the constant harassment this witch laid on him.
