So a word about CD. It's reg centric and gossipy for sure. Usually it's easier to get the better dancers if you know them, but there's more to it. Some guys party and hang out with the dancers OTC at all sorts of places. I've seen them at the casinos and other venues. They also seem to be at CD a lot, I see some of the same guys there every time and I go once every few weeks max. I don't think any of these guys are dating them (or if they think they are they are idiots or have no idea to 'their girl's' activities ITC, I got some funny stories about that but remember these girls are cunning liars).

Also some of the guys are the dancers drug dealers too which a lot of the girls are surprise surprise semi functioning drug addicts.

So yeah it can be annoying when you have a dancer in mind and she just blows you off to sit with a group instead, but remember almost every time there's a reason, it just may not be obvious.

You could if you have time enter their social circle, but most guys myself included don't have time for that. Most guys want a quick nut and to leave not hang out with these hoes which wouldn't even be fun.

The day bartender was pretty hot but not sure if she was Holly or not. I wouldn't describe her as thick but had a decent build and would flash now and then. Kind of friendly and nice looking. Can't remember the name of the place on rt 2 in Warwick but it is now a furniture store! Get a chuckle everytime I drive by it!

I was there Friday night, which is a rare night for us to go to strip clubs, and I had NO idea that the stabbing happened.

I got to Desire a little before midnight, and it looked like there were extra police there then, but not enough to alarm me or anyone else. I was all over the place, including going upstairs to Lust, and never heard anything about a fight or stabbing outside. Nobody mentioned anything before we left. I was shocked to hear that it happened. In fact, we didn't leave until about 1:50, so it's not like they closed early.

I never saw any of the Hell's Angel's in the place, unless they were dressed in grunge or Sunday church outfits. I don't remember any leather jackets with Hell's Angels on them.

The most bizarre thing that I saw all night happened at the stage. At about 1 am, a girl named Mia was stripping. She used to be one of the better looking girls there, but has gotten thicker, which some guys like and some guys don't. I don't.

But some guy was standing at the stage with a stack of singles 3-4" thick. I did some research, and that's about 230 bills if they're brand new, but I'm guessing some of these were stripper tested, so let's say it's 150 bills per inch, and at least $500-600 overall.

And he's grabbing half inch chunks and throwing them all over the stage. Then he's make it rain with a few of them, and then throw another chunk. And I think he got rid of the whole chunk, and she basically ignored him the entire time. It was odd.

Then I find out that at the same time someone was getting stabbed in the parking lot. The bar did a great job of covering it up.

- Providence Police Major David Lapatin says the club reopened Sunday because there's no threat to public safety.

- the Desire's attorney says the club provided video and sworn statements to show the business had nothing to do with the incident and should be allowed to open.

- Police said "the victim suffered not life threatening injuries". They not talk too good.

- Another hearing with the Board Of Licensing is scheduled to take place on Monday afternoon.

The website hasn't been updated since Covid, and during Covid they were operating out of Lust upstairs.
