Yes it's open again after a 5-day shutdown that no one claims to know the reason for. New Mamasan. Yoko was not there, mms doesn't know if she's returning. That would totally suck but save me a bundle. Had Jenny, who is extremely nice, a little older, but knows why you're there. Not sure who else will be there.

Any insights on Luna Spa in Manchester CT? Is it better than Burnside Ave, planning to try a new place? What's the tip usually expected their?

It's been renovated maybe two years ago so is much better now but is basically a standard rub-tug place. Nothing wrong with it except that Ginza across the street is simply better -- younger cuter girls, more accessible menu options, plus Ginza has a table shower while Luna does not (they have a regular standing shower that you can use by yourself if you want a shower. Not the same). Spruce St is a block away and is also better (but a different experience). And in no way does it measure up to Nicole / Burnside standards. Same pricing / tip as anywhere else, although Luna might be $0. 7 house fee (can't quite remember) vs $0. 6 at Ginza. But if Ginza is busy or you just want to take a shot, there's nothing wrong with it and you'll get your basic enjoyable AMP experience.

Far as I can tell she owns the building so no landlord, plus she's already registered with local health / LE so nothing new there for anyone to notice. I know she's paranoid but she also has expensive tastes so perhaps the extra cash flow plus splitting the overhead would be attractive.

Would not park anywhere near it though, walked blocks as they employed several local "gentlemen" to make sure your car was safe if you did there. Also Whispers was around back then. The girls at Alpha were much hotter. If you go back a few years further you may recall little House of Foxes in W. Hartford. To this day they had the best looking MP girl I have ever had. And I think I have sampled several hundred in a variety of locales. Back then BJ Uncovered for 40. And FS covered for 60.00 with an absolute 10. My go to was 21 years old and I can get hard thinking of her over 40 years later. Kept me going between girlfriends and one sight stands. Life before the aids virus was gooodd!

Alpha stayed open after the rest got shut done. Rumor was it was because that was the one the cop used. If I recall fed eventually got them to voluntary close as part of a plea deal. The owner got caught bringing wads of cash overseas.

My friend got caught in one of the few raids at Alpha. They put his name in the Hartford Courant. He worked for the local volunteer FD and also performed as a clown at kids birthday parties. He had to give those up. Luckily he was not married and most people that knew him did not really care since he was single.
