I've been here several times, mostly because it is pretty close to where I am. The last trip I made may have been just that. The last. The massages I've received here are almost always competent and satisfying. However, the service provided is almost always completely unprofessional and negligent. I have rarely had a massage here that wasn't interrupted. Interruptions range from a lady standing at the door carrying on a conversation like you don't exist for a length of time, the lady providing the massage going back and forth texting, or taking phone calls just leaving you laying there. The way I look at it, I pay for a service and expect to receive it in its entirety. This place shows a complete lack of regard and respect for your time and money. Once I pay for the hour, that person is on my time, not the other way around. I tipped a lady the extra change in my wallet ($7) after a massage in which she was on and off her phone several times as well as stopping to talk to a coworker. She looked at me like I was crazy, I didn't cause a scene or try to explain, but if the lady didn't understand how horrible her service was, then she needs some help. Just thought I would share my frustration with this establishment and let you know what you are more than likely in for. Had a few DIY. Feel free to PM.

Went to the Parlor, clean, quiet, nice relaxing music and atmosphere. Cute girl really shy not too social maybe because of language difficulties, didn't get to see all the girls so I don't know the selection. Massage was OK not the best. NO EXTRAS but DIY option. Not my thing.
Went there a while back and the location was cool, clean and quiet. Didn't get to see all the girls but the one I got was ok 5/10. She was really quiet and not really touchy feely just a straight massage. No extras but diy option which wasnt what I was looking for so I probably won't return.
Visited Rose again. Good massage. Seemed busier then last time. I left feeling good and that is all you can ask for. PM for details.
Last week I went to beech mount for a massage with the hope of something extra at the end. But luck wouldn't have it. At least I got a decent massage. Something strange happened. Midway through the massage another client comes in and requests the girl that is giving me the massage. Another one of the staff came in and said she would finish. After they noticed I was displeased with it the massage resumed with the original therapist. It is completely unprofessional imo. But maybe it is normal where they are from. Idk.
Idiot.
All the reports I have previously had of her replacement are UN-Ah-amazing. Maybe she stepped up her game. Lots of business travel for me in the upcoming weeks so I will be sampling other areas and only be visiting my regulars while back home here.

May 3rd: Tried Rose in Lebanon for the first time. I was the only one there. Asked for Mary based on senior intel. She's curvy, fairly young, very personable, although little English. Nice rooms, decent massage but too much "pushing" and not enough massage. Nice hot towel clean up. Very relaxing. Approximately 7 pm.
May 9th: Stopped by Eden on Beechmont around 2 pm. They had a wait, remembered some reviews, so I passed. The girl I spoke with was younger than the others around town.
May 10th: Drove to the fairly new Relax on Kenwood about 4 pm. Two cars in the lot. The young, cute girl that came out of a room appeared to be the only one working. She said 40 minute. I drove up to Rose and saw the new girl, Mai Lee. Young, petite and pretty but giggled a lot. Little English. Better massage than Mary. Hot towel clean up. Relaxing. Two other mongers came and went while I was there. Approximately 6 pm.

I went to rose spa several times! I had a younger girl around 135 lb. She dose a great massage and I left happy! Will repeat again!
I have been here around 3 times, 2 times I had a girl named Andrea! She gives one of the best massages! Even better than licened massage clinics! She is great to look at! Not much English but loves to laugh LOL! Will repeat again.
