Kandii will be returning to work tomorrow night at the Circus. She's been off for about a week and would like to see some of her friends and to meet some new ones. Just heard that starting about an hour ago, 9 pm or so, police were doing raids on the block. No more details at this time. Just heard Hustler and little the's were raided, so probably clubs next block over.
I wasn't there but heard Lust, Chez Joey and Diamond Lunge all got raided.

BALTIMORE Three strip clubs in Baltimore have been busted in connection with a human trafficking case, local and federal authorities said.
The FBI and Baltimore police executed a raid on "the block" also known as Baltimore Street at 9:30 pm Thursday. The raid lasted well into Friday morning, an FBI representative said.
Diamond Lounge, Chez Joey and Lust were among the businesses raided, authorities said. There was no final count of the arrests, the FBI said.
Authorities said the joint investigation included the FBI, Baltimore City police and the Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office.
No further details were immediately available.

Hello guys and girls. Will be heading to your fine city in 3 weeks for the fire convention and spend some time at the Block area. Are things going to be the same there as years past or will it change? Any info would be appreciated.

They tell me that the firemen are aggressive, arrogant, demanding, cheap and rude.
The ladies take enough scorn and malice from people who disapprove of their existence and do not visit these establishments; they do not need to be treated poorly by those that do. Ask your 'brothers-in-arms' to be a little nicer, if you would.
Is the block shut down or what? I am glad it is shut down if there were traffickers at work. I can't believe that sex slavery is still at play in America.

(But you do need to remember that the higher-ups in the city (in response to their "morals" want that to happen.).
As far as human slavery, that's been around in this country ever since there's been a problem with drug addiction. And instead of treating addiction as a medical problem, treating it, and watching the drug dealers go broke, we make the war on drugs a war by attacking the supply (with guns and imprisonment) instead of a war on the disease (with treatment).
So no, the block is not shut down (yet). I'm hanging around there this week. The girls are a bit hungrier (for drugs I imagine), but in and of itself that may not be a bad thing.
