On one hand, we all saw at the recently raided AMPs, Saigon, Summer, etc what paying over the "standard rate" can do. Leads to GPS, the prices slowly creep up and it costs the rest of us more money all because some guys think with the little hand. But in this case, I think it's apples to oranges. As long as a half trac and a half gram costs $100 (normally $120 but these girls spend so much they get a rate), that will be the going rate.
