I seem to never see much of anything for some reason, hitting Sin City, PH, San Jose, and Lane. I was out at the same time frame and saw nothing in Sin City and then 2 terrible looking ones on PH near the motels (with their boys right along side). The one girls face looked all swollen and jacked up, probably to many extracurriculars destroying her, they were both just looking really rough that I want no part of it. I saw the other one you speak of in blue and was like oh shit, something worth stopping for, hit the turn lane and she turned down a side road south of the motels and a car was already there scooping Drove down PH and back up and didn't see her again so left and checked other areas of Jax and saw absolutely nothing, then headed home. Have done this the last 2 days and then another 2 times in the last week. Scooped up two this morning for a little double trouble action. The first was Donna, an on again / off again regular in Hooverville. The other was Kelly of the Kelly and Lisa sister act from a couple years ago. Kelly said she's been up in North Carolina with family for the last eight months.
