You make some great points. I've been in WA for a little over a decade now but was born and raised in California and have traveled to other cities (domestic and international) and many of the ladies on TNA would starve and have to find another line of work if they charged what they charged looking the way they look in these other places (e. G. NY, LA, Miami, Bay Area, etc). I never haggle over rates as I believe you should charge what you want and if you have the clientele paying those rates then more power to you, don't get me started on the whole deposit Cash app / Venmo / etc nonsense. The attitude as you mentioned is a big issue over there, many carry themselves as if they are doing you a favor and have zero understanding of what customer service is. The few decent providers are at least smart enough to fake it and make the session worthwhile.

I can't stomach the idea that someone who is getting several hundred dollars an hour feels that they are doing you a favor by providing the service that you paid them for. You don't get that from any other service professional, they are happy you paid them and want you to come back.
