There are five I know of who have worked in the clubs.
You must have limited experience, and why bring her up by name?
Only seen one person from this list and that is Michelle Amy-Tillard at the stripclubs a couple of years ago. Wow! Simply astonishing how big this network was!!
Apologies it didn't strike me when I was typing off of the names in that link.

So in reading the affidavits, it looks like Tracy was picked up on trumped up charges in an attempt to make her testify against the ringleader she was buying from. A couple of key points:
1) The did NOT have a warrant to tap her phone and they were not doing so. They had a warrant on their chief targets and she became a part of the record when she contacted the "ringleaders" number. If you contacted Tracy directly, that was not part of the intercept and they don't have an admissible record of that.
2) She attempted to buy a small quantity of coke (1 gm) from the dealer and the entire case is built around the conversations in the tap that show she did in fact drive out to a convenience store to buy a gram of coke but got some meth because the dealer was out of coke. Problem is, that's it. They charged her with solicitation to sell meth and coke but there is nothing in the affidavit saying ANYTHING about what she did after she came in to possession of it. 1 g is certainly an amount an individual could consume but the State is apparently going to make the case that nobody could consumes a gram of coke or meth on their own so she must be dealing it. Or, they trumped the charge up to get her to testify and she can plea out in return for a guaranteed testimony if they need it.
Nobody is an angel. And I have never used meth or coke in my life. But if you think the system plays fair when they decide to come after you, you need to think again. If the cops show up, shut your mouth. Don't answer ANY question. Not even your name. Just ask for an attorney and let them handle it.
I have read several of the affidavits used for arrest of these sad, pathetic folks.
Guess fucking what, they been monitoring text messages for months. MONTHS. Most of the reasons for warrants were based on text messages.
Glad I don't go there. It's OTC from a club, or nothing else, EVER.
I feel bad for her and really thought she was trying to stay out of trouble! She will be missed, one of the best BBBJ around.
If you get arrested, say nothing. You have to give them your name I think, and call a lawyer. There are several very good videos on You Tube where lawyers explain just exactly and in great detail what you should do and why. I'm from Ohio and come there to fish and play, and every year I do my best to review the law in Florida to determine my rights in case I get stopped.
Cheech.
Great info king! I appreciate you sharing this.

I really have no idea how much 1 g is in terms of how many doses it is, but it doesn't sound much. Then again, if it cost $25 K then it sounds like distribution. If it was $50 then obviously personal use. It's like that line from Casablanca "round up the usual suspects".
Can you point me in the direction of where to read the affidavits? I tried the clerk website and couldn't find anything.
Not hard to find. First go to the clerk's BECA website.
https://vmatrix1.brevardclerk.us/beca/Beca_Splash.cfm
Then find the case through look-up. Then inside the case you can see the affidavits.
See the pic below for a typical case.
It is simply beyond me why on earth any person would have sex, paid for or not, with another person without first doing a background check on BECA for free, at a minimum. Note, on that website you can check for outstanding local warrants. Riding 'round with a wanted person in your car is dumb, I did it once, got stopped and arrested for harboring a fugitive.
