Looks like she took down the photo with sunglasses, most accurate one now would be the one where you can see up her nostrils, but add a couple years to that.

Once she has the money there is no pressure for her to follow thru or "life can happen" on her end.

I don't think they would have multiple set ups in different cities although I could be wrong there can always be exceptions to any rule. In my experience tho these scams have usually revolve around getting a gift card rather than sending a deposit. But it's not just outcalls deposits are being requested.
