Also some of the inexpensive key fob cams work ok, just not good in low light conditions.

If you're dealing with a provider off the streets, the costs are less, but the risks are greater.

Giving 20-40 for 15 to 30 min work is great pay! Wish I made that much!! But, for those reasons, I tend to go UTR (lots of work) or well reviewed BP (expensive).

If comparing to BP rates of course they should be way less as the monger takes a lot more risk with a SW from the scoop to finding a spot and that is not even talking about the obvious difference in quality and hygiene for the most part.

As to your original question, it's price vs quality. Don't get me wrong, I've picked up $300 a night ladies from a corner, and I've (to my dismay) picked up someone who didn't even deserve the street rate. What you pay is up to you, honestly, as long as it is localized to "your girl", I don't think it matters. It will just create GPS at worst case, and may hurt her business in the future.
Bottom line, 90% of what you find in the street as opposed to BP is simply not worth BP prices.
