I waited, and considering the options where I am staying, which consists of my left hand and right hand, just decided to drive in without hearing from her. Close to the appointment time, still crickets, so I texted I needed to hear back or I was just going to a MP. Then she responded with a general location text. So I drove there. The appointment time came and went, no response. I stopped at Chick Fil A. Then about 30 min to an hour after the appointment time, she started texting, with address, so I choked down my Chick Fil A, and drove past the location, which was in a nice area, luckily fairly near where I was waiting / having my lunch. Then she said she would not be there for about another 30 min. At this point, it's about 1. 5 hours past the initial appt time. Having scanned this forum, I expected this somewhat from a LC girl, and with my aforementioned options, just resigned to wait.
I didn't want to be lurking in the parking lot of the extended stay, like some horny dirtbag john awaiting his trick, just sitting in my car, so went back to the Chick Fil A parking lot, where hopefully I didn't look as suspicious. At least the happy families walking past my car, in and out of the restaurant, seemed oblivious toward the presence of this horny dirtbag john.
Finnaly received a text with room # so drove back over to the extended stay, and right away, noticed there was a guy standing in front of the walkway where I would need to go, just looking around. Like I said earlier, I am a fairly new at this, so that was a huge red flag, and I was NOT going to deal with that. I circled again, and he seemed to be looking at me. Damn! All this effort and this is what would end it?! I texted her, as to "Who is the guy standing outside?" Of course, she texted back she had no guy with her and she cancelled on me. That was OK because, horny or not, I had no intention of finding out if it was her handler or not.
To be fair, it could have just been some random guy standing there, with nothing to do with her. But I had cased the place, driven thru the lot several times, and I never saw anyone standing outside any walkway, any car, nothing, on a slow day for the hotel industry in general. So the appearance of a youngish black guy, all of a sudden, in the walkway where I was going to go, right after she had checked into the room, was a coincidence? I was not going to take that chance!
But I come back periodically to the ATL and still would like to see this chic, so if anyone has any info if she works with a handler that would be appreciated. If she does not I will retry if she hasn't blocked me. If I have to deal with a handler I will just do the MPs.
So I gathered up my marbles (which by that time were throbbing with disappointment) and went home, to a MP.
And after this buildup and devastating surprise at the ending, right at the peak of my anticipation and excitement, the MP experience was quite a let down, really no blame on the MP or MT. Will comment on that later.
