Helpful tip
Not sure if this post belongs here but I'm posting this as it does involve a SW. Some of you fellow mongers who like to drive around might find it helpful. It also tells you how far LEO will go to get someone. This is from an affidavit on a recent case and I will keep the person involved anonymous as well as leave out the complaint number. I have also edited some info by placing asterisks *where specific information was. This is public info so anyone has access to it. The report according to LEO is as it appeared in the affidavit. I hope I'm not breaking any forum rules as it is not done on purpose. Be safe out there!
"STATE OF TENNESSEE, COUNTY OF DAVIDSON.

PATRONIZING PROSTITUTION.
On *day, ** month, 2014 at approximately 2130 hours, East CSU detectives were conducting an operation utilizing a confidential informant fitted with an electronic listening device. While conducting surveillance, I observed the def drive a 20** Cadillac westbound on Queen Street and approach the informant in the United States Post Office parking lot on the corner of Queen and Dickerson. The informant offered to perform oral sex on the def for the sum of $10.00. The def was heard over the listening device as he agreed to the deal and was instructed to drive to the Piggly Wiggly parking lot at the corner of Dickerson and Duke where the informant would then meet the def and perform the act. The def did as instructed and CSU detectives confronted him as soon as he parked his vehicle to wait on the informant. Under Miranda, he admitted that the informant made the offer but that he declined the offer. The def had no I'd on his person but was located in the ARMS database and was found to have excessive FTB's, thus disqualifying him for a misdemeanor citation. Moreover, the ARMS database indicated that his driver license status was that of "suspended. " The def refused to allow a search of his vehicle. Subsequently, a K9 officer responded and together with his partner, conducted a "sniff test" of the def's vehicle. The K9 officer advised that his partner did indicate to the odor of narcotics coming from within the vehicle. The vehicle was then towed to the tow-in-lot as a search warrant will be drafted and executed pending a judge's or magistrate's signature.

I'll just put this out there, a few years back I got busted. It was stupid, had to do the class and all to get it expunged. Most expensive piece of ass I've never gotten. But I learned one thing that might help any newbies out there. Here's how my story went.
I was parked on the side of the road just off MBR looking up the address of my next stop and doing my tickets. A VERY nice looking clean lady with all her teeth approached my van, said she noticed me setting there and asked if I would help her out with some money. I declined and she then offered to fuck me for 30.00 . That should have been a HUGE red flag because as time has went on, I've learned that isn't how anyone in the hobby behaves. I was thinking with the wrong head though. She said to meet her at room x across the street. Again another huge red flag. Should have turned left and kept driving. As soon as I pulled in the parking lot something felt fishy. I saw her on her phone and not walking that way etc, bam 3 police cars surround me. Thank god I had a clean record or I would have probably lost my job that day. They cited me and I had to spend literally all day at court and then another full day at ***** school. The only good thing is I do feel like I could identify a sting really well now.
The point of posting this is I feel like that's entrapment, but based on the last post apparently this is metro's MO. I don't see how a woman asking you for sex isn't entrapment. But I guess they have quotas to fill and catching real crime is too hard so they have to bust young dumb kids and take them to the cleaners. At any rate learn from it what you will.

Entrapment Defined
An attorney worth his salt would have smoked that case in court. It would not have been cheap. But yes my friend, that is textbook entrapment.
The reason the pigs get away with it because no one wants to call bullshit on illegal activities by police in this scenario. This is due to the fact that you will very likely wind up on the evening news in a prostitution sting case. The Police will be confirmed in wrongdoing and illegal procedures while you take center stage as the star witness/plaintiff in the case. And they will make sure you are all over the media. The police know this and use it to their advantage.
Fucking Law Enforcement is out of control. Don't believe in fascism or an Orwellian police state? Wake up mother fuckers, you're living in one!!

Greg.[/QUOTE]GR, I agree on that, although just like with everything else, there are good and bad LEO. Unfortunately, encounters with LEO are usually bad for most people for obvious reasons. LEO also takes advantage of the less informed or those less familiar with laws, remember, LEO are trained professionals. That's why bs petty stops can be used to do illegal searches and infringement on rights. In addition, most people don't have the money and time to fight it in court, so they just pay it off. I myself have been involved in petty stops that ended up in LEO requesting to search my car. Although I already knew the bs reason, I don't fit in or my car stands out in the neighborhood, I still let them do it just to get them off my arse. Yeah, I'll be respectful but also question them to let them know I'm aware of the laws.
One last story for now. Long before I ever knew about this hobby, I had a young lady walk up to me at a local walmart, she gave me the sad story that her husband got arrested and she needed just 15 more dollars to pay for a hotel room. At first I waved her off then she said she had two kids to take care of. I felt bad and figured 15 wasn't going to break me. All I had was a 50 dollar bill so she took it and went to hotel window to "pay". She got back in my car and asked me to take her to go get the "kids". I asked for the change back but she said they were at change of shift and the lady couldn't give her change right then. Yeah I know, I was stupid to believe that. She told me she would get it after we pick up the kids and come back. We went to her 'friend's" apartment and she went to get the 'kids'. Stupid me, I realized too late that she did not leave her cell phone in my car, I had been scammed. I called LEO as I knew which apartment building she went in but not the exact unit. LEO made me out to be a bad person and accused me of patronizing prostitution, WTF? I was told to leave or I would be arrested. I stood my ground but I left because they could have easily twisted things. Funny thing though, I did find the right unit before LEO came and I yelled out I was calling the police. Moments later, I never saw so many people run out of an apartment so fast, it was like someone had thrown a bomb inside, LOL.

Just killing time
So I was out near Trinity Lane interstate area killing time before work, no sleep for me if you read my post on the BP advertisers section. I started heading out towards interstate and see a short brunet near the taco place, she looked like she was trying to wave down a potential date. I went around to check her out but she didn't look like my type. As I came around to get back on track, she saw me and just ran over to my car as I was at the stop sign along with other cars. I tried to tell her "no" but I was not quick enough to lock the door. While this was going on, I noticed an undercover cop parked in the taco place parking lot. I told her I didn't want her in plus there is a cop, she asked where and I told her where. She didn't care and asked me where I was going. I told her I was on way to work. She introduced her self as Candy and asked me if I wanted a date. She was not my type as I am very picky and told her I don't have time. She had all her teeth from what I could tell but she looked like she just got out of bed. She would probably be average if she cleaned up. She asked me to get her some breakfast at McD's and I didn't mind, figured I would inquire more about her. She was wanting 40 for a BJ and 70 for FS. I wasn't interested so I told her I didn't have time. She had me drop her off at a DP gas station, no LEO came after me.

Deborah
Deborah called me tonight asking if I could help her out. Unfortunately I can't get out tonight however if any of you guys would like to see her and have her number give her a call. She's moved from her previous location to a new one and it's a bit safer.

I actually hired an attorney and he said that exact same thing. He said we could likely beat it but it would cost a good bit for his time going to trial and all, and it was cheaper and easier having a clean record. He basically said if I hired him he could guarantee me the ***** school, and a clean record after, where if I go alone I might get that, I might get a day or 2 in jail. No one knows. So I foolishly hired him. Just a big waste of money between him, court costs, the school I think I was out a total of maybe 900 ish to not even get any ass.
I would have thought for that kind of money he would have just beat the case, but he did say they would put me on the stand and there would be almost no way "people" wouldn't find out, where if I just went to court and plea for the school no one ended up finding out (at least no one that knows me) . What kinda BS is it that the cops do that type of shit and we just take it because of what people think. I wish I could've nailed them to the wall, but even if I got a huge settlement it isn't worth a divorce and losing all the stuff that goes with it.
My cousin had a similar thing, he is from the country and was in town for business (works for an electrical contractor and they had a convention) Some ***** offers him and a real similar situation to mine. He got arrested. Made the news (part of a 20 person sting a few years back) and Ended up divorced, almost lost his job, did get demoted and probably makes half what he was making. And worst of all. Didn't get the ass either Fuckin pigs.

The best thing to do if you are busted is to find a aggressive lawyer who will file a bunch of motions. Go to court and ask for a trial. There is a very good chance the prosecutor will drop the case. The reason is that the city attorney is not interested in wasting a lot of resources on small case.

Don't plan on that ever being an issue again, but if it occurs I'll get recommendations. I felt like it was more of a joke than traffic school, they just act like it's some big time real crime. Just another big money grab.

Well none of us plans on getting arrested. But there is always the chance that some overly aggressive cop will cite you simply to harass you. But I agreei it's all just game for many cops.

Also I would go a step further and say "Don't mess with BP girls" and "your probably best avoiding CL girls. It is soooo much better, IMHO, to go with a more established provider, than to deal with all the risks you take on when you go out on a limb with a shot in the dark. For better or worse, that's one of the main things I've learned from reading here.

I had to go out of town for work the past month, are the girls still out in Nash? Up in Boston they're hard to find under 6 feet of snow!

With SW you get what you pay for or end up losing your money somehow. At least most BP girls are stable mentally and cleaner, your still taking risks but not as bad.
