That has been a hardfast rule that I lay out before any meeting to everyone I have met. The ones that balk, I immediately move on; there are enough fish out there. It prevents them from giving substandard service, ripoffs, and continual upsells.

1. Explain terms.

2. Reject, move on to the next one.
