That's why websites like these exist. I can find amazing escorts in LA and Vegas, but I also know that if just called random providers I'd probably get more misses them hits, just like if I walked into an AMP and picked whoever was there, I'd probably be disappointed.

But, if this is the case then every single guy would get the same level of service regardless of how they look / act as long as they get money. The providers know they don't need every customers money (unless she's slow / desperate) if they are turned off by them in a certain way. A customer might try to tip the girl more to get an extra but, this just goes to show how much she's not interested to want to offer it if he does do that. Besides, most guys wouldn't want to tip more just to get good service and extras.
It's not the same as how someone who bought a new TV at a store and you want to get the same TV because you were impressed by the image quality of that TV. That guy tells you that he got it at Best Buy. So, you drive down there and you decide to get that same TV. Some guys look at getting the same service / extras from a provider in that same way.

It all depends on how well you and the provider get along, your chemistry and history. Just because you got xyz treatment doesn't mean I'm going to get the same and I won't sit, pout and complain because I didn't. Unreal how some guys do.

But for those who are looking for a reason to shed a few lbs, it can be an incentive.

First, we ALL have money when we go in there... That is a given. They know they're going to get paid. The only thing left that can affect what you get out of the session is chemistry. I've had girls "not" start out with BB or not do DFK, etc., but change their tune during the session when they get horny. Also, when "they" initiate the second pop and ask to be fucked a certain way... it's because they're turned on. Fitness and attractiveness do factor into that. Has to do with it that there is the aloha spirit and a custom of getting along with everyone. However, Hawaii is the closest US state to Asia and does share Asian culture overall more so the continental US states. The attitude of most Asian countries and culture (i.e. Thailand, PI, Hong Kong, China, Korea, etc) is that this nothing out of the ordinary. It is accepted that men with money and power to have mistresses in many Asian societies.
