Intercourse is defined as:
1. dealings or communication between individuals, groups, countries, etc.
2. interchange of thoughts, feelings, etc.
3. sexual relations or a sexual coupling, especially coitus.
So of course we are having intercourse even if it's with a no touching Bamboo Andi (see points 1&2).
One factor to also consider is STD safety. There is zero danger with an expertly provided HJ by the Andi's of the AMP world but the feelings for the recipient are largely the same.
