They will literally catch a ride to your hotel
TS92. I have been to Sosua, Dominican Republic. I used to call it Sosewah. But it's not that bad. Stayed at a resort, told don't venture out. Never had a problem. Is it still a sex hotbed? Let the board know if you recommend. Just walk down any street and be propositioned. This was ten yrs ago.
Honestly, with most basic amenities in walking distance, I still stayed in the hotel for most of the time and was treated like a king. Best advice I can give is to have Tinder installed down there. I was legit getting 20 matches a day all within less than a mile distance. Vet them, get them on whats app, discuss price and have them come over. Reception held their I'd each time and know what's up too. I had 3 pros and 2 semi pro / reg girls but prostitution is a big part of the main economy. The only women off limits were the sweet housekeepers but if I'm being quite honest even they were super fuckable but I wasn't going to risk causing a stir in the hotel (they didn't seem to be even remotely into sex work, just coincidentally thicc af).
It's a must see at least once.
