Nice spa maybe what you're looking for if on STG. M Spa no. M Spa may give the allusion that it's one on those spa because it's in STG, but it's not. I've been to M awhile ago and if not looking for the others may offer than it's good massage wise. Everyone goes there as in men, women, couples LOL. Nice I haven't yet because of the area for me but base on the reviews I don't think I'm missing out on anything other than being closer to me rather than the others in the area.
