Bottom line is, if prices keep going higher, alternatives become more available, which ultimately brings prices back inline, it's the beauty of capitalism.

RE: Prices in the DC area, they have been quite stable for some time now, even if spa owners, collectively, have tried to raise prices!

Lastly, for the sake of these hard working spa girls, I suggest someone bring back the "$10 coupon"!! :D

I drove by the building yesterday. If I found easy parking I was going to go in for 30 minutes as I was bit rushed. No parking around so I moved on. I will try again tomorrow. Is there a name or sign indicating the floor and door #. I saw a tattoo shop next to the main door. Correct building right?

Now seems only place gives full hour is Rio. 1818 try and rush yuo out after half hour if you let them.

Thorough TS - maybe a little too thorough, such as washing my arms 3 times. Great massage and good main event - would repeat. But between her and Rose, I would probably opt for Rose again.

Got to Sky at about 11:15 and asked for Rose. Mama said that Rose had an 11:30 appt. (You guys make appts? ). Vivi was busy as well. So. I ended up with Diane.

Well turns out that this is a just a regular, 'ol spa, but I did get a pretty good massage. You have to do your own shower, but the steam/shower facilities are nice.

I think her name was Jenny. Had me covered with a sheet the whole time. Very professional. Not even a hint of extras.

Long time reader, first time poster.

I headed to 14K and asked the Mamasan for Rose. Rose was all tied up, with an important assignment that would take her another 40 minutes or so. (I wonder what it was?) Mamasan calls for a lineup (of 3 girls) and I shrewdly asked for Vivi.

Vivi came in and asked how I knew her. I told her about the internet. Vivi is very into this internet stuff and wanted the website. She then asked what I had read and I told her I heard that her TS was good, massage was so so, and ending was good.

Needless to say I am now very clean, especially my legs and feet. Since her massage rating was so so, Vivi put some real effort into it. Good massage! The main event started well when Vivi came close to AR. Things became a little challenging, as soldier boy has gotten tired with age. So, Vivi used some awesome muscle control to help things out. I must give credit where it is due; Vivi can do kegels! Eventually she gave the tired soldier a helping hand. Things got all messy and I requested a 2nd TS. Vivi checked with Mamasan and got the green light. Now this was good service! She even asked me to take 2 candies on the way out!

I would definitely repeat with Vivi! I’m giving her 8’s and 9’s across the board, because she was willing to do what it took to please. It was the kind of situation where she could have left me hanging and a CL girl would have! The Mamasan at 14K is also very nice. This is the first time I have seen her.

I chatted with Vivi long enough for her to repeat LT’s background intel:

massage was decent. She is obviously not trained, like most KMPs but she did her best. = 6

She accepted a reverse massage and enjoyed it with no restrictions = 9

I happened to see Vivi before I read his review and my experience is identical. I will save bandwidth by not repeating what was stated so well.

I would also rate Vivi equally in ALL aspects I rated Sora except, for Vivi Body = 9 and attitude = 8.

My overall experience with Vivi was also exceptional. I would have a hard time choosing between Sora and Vivi. You guys are lucky to have two good providers at the same location.

Saw Rose awhile back. Keep up the good work guys; she's just as reported. She is tiny!

I made a boneheaded move and got the house fee and tip swapped. She got a kick out of that. When she took the fees I guess she saw a past customer in the hall, she was gone for about 5 minutes. Got her undivided GFE like attention when she got back. Definite repeat.
