I've been to Japan many times pre-Covid. It was a possible for foreigners to access their sex industry, but there were very limited areas and establishments that would take you (especially if you weren't fluent in Japanese). After two years, I can't imagine that any of the establishments that served foreigners have survived. Access to anything connected to Asia is going to be slow going. Thailand or the Philippines are probably your best bet.

I call "bullshit"! It's probably someone unhappy with the girl and is trying to hurt her business or her, by advocating a service she doesn't provide or maybe just trying to get review credit on TER and doesn't care what they write.
I suggest using common sense and watch and see if any credible reviewers verify these claims before believing everything you read. Someone that has been around a few years and has written verified reviews by other credible reviewers.
