Seems like you have found the frustration that is SA these days! Too many escort girls on there that want to meet in a hotel room, or scammers wanting $ upfront, or content sellers. I think the real problem with SA is that we just don't have a viable and legit mid range escort site in the area. If you like the high end escorts there are resources but for the mid range to inexpensive that used to be handled by Craigslist there is nothing that seems dependable.
