I was interrupted once but we went 10 minutes over and that was mid day when its usually pretty busy. I always have gotten my full 60 minutes or very close. Always have been treated very well. I'll be returning to Key for sure.

New girl, several interuptions, had to wait and shorted 20 minutes on an hour visit. So I went to Sky in Lexington and it was so much better. Cindy that had been in Frankfort works there now and I had a new girl named Miya. Will be going back there for sure!

First. I have never had a bad visit at Key Spa. After reading the reviews I decided to stop in yesterday. I met Sharry, a small new girl, with a personality as sweet as Carol.
