Blue River Blues--Strike two
Or maybe I should have said blews, as in the past tense of blows, no blues is right cause that is what I was singing and the color of my sack. This is a couple of weeks back, just getting around to catching up since my trip south. I hopped on(in) my old trusty steed and headed to the land of my youth, to where I wasted many a summer day swimming in its cool pools and fishing in its rocky and rapid shallows. lounging on the banks and camping along its shore with my buds. should have stayed in the big village. Hot summer day, no one there but one older but very attractive attendant. This time no chance for the young guy to get shunned by a young beauty, but she was attractive none the less. Went for the hour, and massage was pretty darn good. Light teasing, not fooling with drape charade, pleasant conversation and found we knew a few of the same people from places now gone.Thought we had made some rapport and was looking forward to the end. that is when the blues started building up. Flipped, got in the neighborhood and then said done. I asked about finishing, was told to go ahead if I wanted. Talked pleaded cajoled and begged, but she couldn't risk getting in trouble, she would get fired, girls getting in trouble all the time in Indy. This was obviously someone who had been around the block and after the conversation couldn't tell if I had met her before or she was just pumping me for info on spots in Indy, but I thought surely there was a mkutual agreement in there somewhere, especailly since the massage sort of gave some implied satisfaction. But I guess youth and boyish charm wasn't enough. I was a little ticked and tried not to show it too much but to make sure my disappointment was known, told her wouldn't make the drive again for just a massage, and when asked about the tip I asked about the handshake good-bye. She was disappointed and probably tried not to show it too much. Might be more there after repeats, but since the one that was there before, where you didn't have to go so far off the beaten path and into the village to get there was so much fun a couple of years ago before it got shut down had been so worth the drive, don't think I will invest the time or the gas on this one to find out.
