I would think that would reek of entrapment.

think of it this way, if you saw an ad for oxycontin on craigs list that said "huge overstock of oxycontin 30mg or 80 mg. your choice, no prescription necessary, over 1, 000, 000 in stock, need cash must sell immediately, only 50 cents each, minimum purchase 1000 tablets, cash only, call xxx-xxx-xxxx now for appointment-when they are gone the're gone!
would you answer the ad? would you go there just to see "wuz up"? if you went to an appointment you could not plead "they entrapped me, i wasn't going to buy any, i don't do drugs" and you had $3000 in your car, to boot.
why weren't you entrapped? because you went to buy a controlled substance that is clearly unlawful to buy or possess without a prescription in your name from a licensed physician. thats why.

the entrapment defense is a hard one to sustain. it's hard to say you were entraped when a reasonable law abiding man would not touch either the mother wanting to sexually educate her daughter senario or the c / l ad for prescription drugs. either ad is ridiculous to a reasonable man-vs

Something VERY sketchy happened to me while I was visiting Altamonte this past Wednesday and it involved a gentleman (and I use that word loosely) that I had been seeing quite often. I will not get into details here, if you would like the TRUE details you know how to contact me either by PM or the phone. The reason I am even posting about this is because it was brought to my attention that a certain someone has been PM'ing members about the situation and adding their version of what happened. Well to all that do not know me I will tell you a little about me. I am a born and bred true Sicilian, and have the typical character of someone who lives there still. Hey guys, Something has been troubling me for some time now. I only bring this up as I have seen this on and off for quit some time now, and not jsut on BP, but on regular social sites where girls claim that photos of Raven Riley are photos of themselves.
