Las Asadas is great. Check out the buritos and the steak quesadillas also. And the hamburger at the Illinois Bar and Grill is huge and very tasty. Both great places.
However, the action on 47th is really thin these days. I checked it out in the early afternoon last week and made 3 round trips and didn't see anything except one old and really nasty crack ***** which I of course passed on. Imagine how bad it's going to be when it gets cold out.

Decided to head over to Mercy the other day to check it out. Only like a 10 min walk from the office in the Loop.
As others have posted, simply sign in to the building and go up to the 21st floor. Really easy to find (right across from Milennium Park) and easy to get there. I did call ahead to make an "appointment" (make sure I didn't have to wait). No worries on that tho, they didn't seem busy.
When I got there, cute young girl at the counter got me settled in and called for Lucy to give the massage. I went for the 1 hour option (. 65). Lucy is the one who has the funky glasses (cuter without them on, nice, personable, thin. Mid 30s maybe? ). I hope to see the other girl the next time I go (if I'm lucky).
Massage was good. Actually very relaxing. And uncovered. Spent a lot of time working my lower back which was nice, since I did a lot of yard work the day prior! On the flip she sort of had the towel draped very haphazardly over my stomach and legs, but quickly moved things aside. Started massaging my legs and very quickly just moved on up the line and started taking care of junior. It's always nice when that happens and they don't put you thru the whole act and negotiation. She made sure I was VERY well massaged down there, paying a lot of extra attention (more than normal). Probably massaged me for 10-15 min before the finish since she didn't just go into the typical robotic rub'n'tug get-it-over-with routine. Actually felt like a massage, if that makes any sense.
Tipped her. 4 when it was done. She brought in a glass of water for me when I was done, got dressed and on my way. EXCELLENT way to spend an hour downtown, and then back off to work refreshed, relaxed and renewed. What a lunch break!

I'd recommend Senina and Mei is very easy on the eyes. Plus the table shower is a must.

So I went to the GT branch of alice. Nice location. They have a very tall, pretty goodlooking girl there. she's an easy seven on the regular girl scale and could be an eight if she took a little more time with things.
I did not have her. I had her co-worker. She was a little older, but took on my massive tension with both hands and some sort of frenetic abandon. It was pretty effing perfect. Surely FS is to be had at this place, but I don't go fo that. y'all feel free to handle it though.

I noticed an ad on CL for this place at 8 S michigan. Is that the same address as Mercy or is this a second MP across from Milennium Park?
Went to this what I thought was noted place for good session, oops.
It is totally a straight massage room with sheets seperating the two massage table. Very open read exposed so much so that I thought it was Linda and i and came to front after putting clothes on and there were 2 hotties waiting for their session.

Had a little time to kill so I looked over on BP under [i]Massage[/i]. I came across an ad for [b]~PAMPERING~treatments~by~a~YOUNG~FEMALE~therapist~[/b]. The pic in the ad (below) is of a girl who used to advertise quite a bit in the therapeutic section of CL. I saw her a couple years ago at her apartment in Chicago. She's a real cutie, and the massage was uncovered, but she never came close to the goods and no extras were offered. She used a lot of oil (and I me [b]a lot[/b]) and the massage itself was really not very good at all. And to top it off, it definitely wasn't the cheapest massage I ever had. Later, I saw several other reviews to the same effect.
The reason I brought this up is that a Yahoo search of the phone number in the ad will bring up this page on Monster: [url]http://jobview.monster.com/GetJob.aspx?JobID=40797019[/url]. As you'll notice, it's basically a help wanted ad for ElleHomme Holistic MedSpa which was mentioned a few times earlier on this thread. Notice the contact's name: Elle R. Judging by the reviews here, seems the MO is pretty similar to what I experienced a couple years ago: attractive girls giving rather expensive massages that may lead you to think that you'll leave happy, but in the end they're still legit.
Also similar is Elle Spa on Milwaukee. Now I don't know if they're actually related to ElleHomme, but you gotta admit that there are a couple of coincidences.
Anyways, I just wanted to put that info out there. Like they say at Syms, "an educated consumer is out best customer."

John, ARe you the guy with that limp and talks to much while I was getting a massage in the next room. Really didnt want to hear how your lower back was hurting from driving and you teaching the therapist how to do the massage I could hear your loud voice for 20 minutes so I was left with 10 min of quiet time.
I went for the 30 minute massage. Got the older lady( skinny). John beat me to the tall young one if that was him. been there a few times. I have an advantage in that place I think the therapist has the hots for me.
Massage is not the best just ok.
